Job summary

The Calvary Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time Therapist to join our behavioral health team. You will provide direct patient care, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and facilitate group therapy for adults in detox and inpatient settings.

This 40-hour-per-week role offers full benefits and opportunities for professional growth within UHS and its subsidiaries. A master's degree in counseling and Arizona licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in counseling is required.
• Arizona State Licensure (LPC/LAC/LISAC/LASAC/LMSW/LCSW) is required.

• BLS and First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment.
• Handle With Care Training within 30 days of employment.

For over 60 years, Calvary Healing Center has provided a full continuum of care, specializing in addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area and Nationwide. Calvary’s proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers on-site detoxification and inpatient treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). We also have a satellite clinic offering Intensive Outpatient Programs in the West Valley region and Metropolitan Phoenix. Summary of Duties

To provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients to ensure the safety and well being of patients and staff. Create and implement individualized treatment plan for patients in a timely manner. Treatment plan is consistent with the needs indicated in psycho-social history and appropriate assessments. Facilitate group therapy in a manner that optimizes peer experiences and input.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in counseling related.
