Calvary Healing Center in Phoenix is seeking an Outpatient Therapist for a full-time role offering 40 hours per week and full benefits. The therapist will deliver direct patient care, craft individualized treatment plans, and facilitate group therapy to support recovery for adults with addiction.

Calvary provides a continuum of care including detox, PHP, IOP, and satellite programs. Applicants should hold a Master’s in counseling or a related field, be licensed in Arizona, and complete required

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or related field.
• Arizona licensure required (LPC/LAC/LISAC/LASAC/LMSW/LCSW).
• Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• BLS and First Aid certifications within 30 days of employment.
• Experience in inpatient and outpatient treatment; psychiatric setting preferred.

For over 60 years, Calvary Healing Center has provided a full continuum of care, specializing in addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area and Nationwide. Calvary’s proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers on-site detoxification and inpatient treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). We also have a satellite clinic offering Intensive Outpatient Programs in the West Valley region and Metropolitan Phoenix. Through our programs we offer many other holistic healing and treatment options complementing our services ranging from yoga, art workshops, and music.

Summary of Duties:

To provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients to ensure the safety and well being of patients and staff. Create and implement individualized treatment plan for patients in a timely manner. Treatment plan is consistent with the needs indicated in psycho-social history and appropriate assessments. Facilitate group therapy in a manner that optimizes peer experiences and input.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in counseling related.
• Arizona State Licensure (LPC/LAC/LISAC/LASAC/LMSW/LCSW)
• Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Completion of BLS and First Aid Certification, within 30 days of employment.
• Completion of Handle With Care Training within 30 days of employment
• Experience with both inpatient and outpatient treatment
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric or behavioral health inpatient setting.
