Job summary

Cabarrus Health Alliance seeks an experienced psychotherapist to provide clinical therapy with adolescents and families across school, community, or office settings in Concord, NC. The role emphasizes intake evaluations, assessments, education, and follow-up services.

Licensed clinicians (LCSW or LMHC or associate) are preferred, with knowledge of child development and diverse social needs. Full-time with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive hours.

Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field.
• Licensed as LCSW or LMHC or associate license if experience with substance use and/or schools.
• Extensive knowledge of social, economic and emotional needs.

Responsibilities

• Establish therapeutic relationships and provide clinical therapy according to professional standards of practice
• Complete intake evaluations and comprehensive clinical assessments as indicated by clinical setting and client needs
• Provide client education, referral, and follow-up services based on identified needs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation according to clinical practice standards throughout course of treatment/service engagement
• Participate in and/or facilitate group sessions aligned with client needs and program goals
• Coordinate service planning with internal and external providers based on client needs
• Coordinate with schools, providers, and community partners as required
