Job summary

Atrium Health Behavioral Health Psychiatry and Counseling - Concord, NC is seeking a psychologist to provide comprehensive care for children and adolescents. You will conduct psychosocial assessments, individual, family, and group psychotherapy, and collaborate with guardians to ensure effective service delivery; this role includes supervision of trainees.

The position requires a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology, NC license eligibility, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology; NC license eligible or licensed.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with ADOS testing strongly preferred.
• Ability to formulate diagnoses and write appropriate DSM-based treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments based on clinical interview and DSM standards.
• Formulate diagnoses and write treatment plans.
• Collaborate with guardians to ensure effective service delivery.
• Provide clinical supervision of Psychologist I, interns and practicum students.
• Conduct forensic evaluations and provide court testimony as an expert witness.
