Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join the Cabarrus County School Based Therapy Team. You will provide in-person and virtual therapy to students in grades K-12 within the school setting, collaborating with teachers, families and partners to support behavioral health services.

This full-time, school-based role offers a flexible schedule with three days in person and two days virtual, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant human services field is required.
• Full licensure in the applicable state is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions in the school setting.
• Conduct assessments and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with school staff and community partners to ensure quality care and maintain proper documentation.
