Job summary

River Oaks Hospital in New Orleans is seeking a dynamic Social Worker/Therapist for our IOP/PHP Therapy Program—PRN. You will provide clinical social work services across hospital programs, ensuring quality patient care and active participation in the interdisciplinary treatment team.

Minimum qualifications include a Master's degree in a mental health field, LA licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) or pursuing under supervision, and at least two years of relevant post-graduate experience in mental health

Qualifications

• Two years post graduate work experience in mental health or related field preferred.
• Two years direct practice experience and/or clinical training specific to individual, family and group therapy (if specialized issues group, training must be specific to issue)

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work expertise to hospital-wide programs.
• Deliver social services in assigned areas according to patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team and follow IOP Program and Director guidelines.
