Position Overview

Location: Greater Waterbury, CT
Type: 1099 (70/30 Reimbursement, minimum 10 clinical hours weekly)
Qualifications: Active LPC, LMFT, or LCSW licensure in Connecticut

Stokes Counseling Services is a leading private practice in Connecticut, offering a range of mental health services including telehealth and in-home therapy. Based in Naugatuck, we serve clients statewide.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide in-home outpatient counseling for families in the FAM program.
  2. Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans.
  3. Maintain detailed documentation of sessions and progress notes.
  4. Collaborate with a team to provide comprehensive care.
Qualifications
  1. Licensed in Connecticut as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
  2. 1-3 years experience with diverse populations.
  3. Passion for in-home therapy.
