Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed mental health professional in the state of Virginia.
• Experience with completing intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and document case notes.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, school staff, and medical personnel.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
