Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is expanding and seeking licensed therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to provide meaningful work in a clinician-first environment with strong referrals and support. Flexible schedules and ongoing supervision are offered.

This role features a transparent compensation structure for full-time clinicians, plus a limited-time hiring bonus of $1,000 for August 2026 start dates, and comprehensive benefits including health and dental insurance, retirement, PTO, and professional development

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Active Pennsylvania license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
• Experience with clinical documentation, including treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Complete intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing therapy and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Manage an average caseload of ~25 sessions per week (full-time) or ~15 sessions per week (part-time).
• Collaborate with internal clinical team members.
• Coordinate care with outside providers, families, and support systems when appropriate.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities.
