Continuum Therapy Partners in Uniontown, PA is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our day-shift team at Lafayette Manor. You will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision and help patients progress with adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Required: Associate Degree in OTA, current COTA license, NBCOT certification; 1 year of experience preferred. We offer full benefits, 401(k) with match, licensure reimbursement and PTO.

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
