Continuum Therapy Partners in Garland, TX is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our therapist-led team. You will work under supervision of an Occupational Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in OTA, current COTA license, NBCOT certification, and at least 1 year of experience preferred. We offer full benefits, 401k, licensure reimbursement, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs
