Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work and eligibility for AZ board licensure is required.
• Two years related behavioral health experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assesses behavioral health needs and develops therapy goals.
• Administers screeners and standardized tests as needed.
• Schedules therapy sessions and obtains required consents.
• Maintains clinical records per standards.
• Provides crisis assessment and intervention as needed.
• Completes progress notes and reports for funding and partners.
