Job summary

Dr Cindy's Medical Aesthetic is seeking a caring Clinic Assistant / Therapist to join our on-site Singapore team. You will work with doctors, therapists and consultants to deliver safe, comfortable aesthetic and skincare treatments and to care for each patient from arrival to post-treatment follow-up.

This hands-on role covers patient care, front desk duties, and administrative tasks, with training to learn new treatments and technologies as our clinic grows.

Qualifications

• Passion for skincare and medical aesthetics, with interest in learning new treatments.
• Warm, professional and patient-centred, with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to follow SOPs and clinic protocols with attention to detail in records, payments and stock.
• Comfortable with hands-on treatment work and with a mix of clinical, front desk and administrative tasks.
• Team player who is reliable, honest and respects patient confidentiality.
• Prior experience in an aesthetic clinic, spa, beauty or healthcare setting is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and ensure they are comfortable and prepared before treatment.
• Perform facial treatments confidently and competently in accordance with clinic protocols.
• Assist professionally with aesthetic and skincare treatments.
• Support doctors in basic medical procedures such as facial cleansing, shaving and preparation of treatment rooms, and assist during medical treatments or procedures as trained and instructed.
• Complete pre-treatment documentation and patient records accurately, and ensure proper pre-treatment and post-treatment care.
• Conduct next-day post-treatment follow-ups, document outcomes, and elevate any issues to the Consultant, doctor or management when required.
• Arrange and confirm follow-up appointments; follow up with regular patients, inactive patients, patients with unused packages and first-time enquiries.
• Confirm daily appointments, follow up on late or no-show patients, and help coordinate doctors' and therapists' schedules to avoid conflicts.
• Explain treatments performed and provide basic product usage guidance; introduce suitable treatments and refer patients to our Consultants.
• Provide excellent customer service and support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.
• Handle check-in and check-out, phone calls, appointment scheduling and walk-in customers.
• Assist in receiving new enquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, social media and walk-ins, and refer them promptly to our Consultants
• Collect and record payments accurately
• Maintain accurate patient treatment records, payment records, package balances, stock usage and daily transactions, and report any discrepancies promptly
• Assist with inventory tracking and stock ordering as instructed
• Keep treatment rooms, tools and equipment clean and sanitised, and prepare rooms and equipment before each session
• Comply with clinic SOPs, hygiene standards, patient confidentiality and safety policies
• Continuously upgrade your knowledge and skills in facial treatment techniques and medical aesthetic procedures; attend internal and external training as assigned
• Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by management

About the role

Dr Cindy's Medical Aesthetic is looking for a caring, detail-oriented Clinic Assistant / Therapist to join our clinic team in Singapore. You will work alongside our doctors, therapists and Consultants to deliver safe, comfortable and professional aesthetic and skincare treatments, and to look after every patient from the moment they walk in to their post-treatment follow-up. This is a hands-on, on-site role with plenty of room to learn new treatments and technologies as our clinic grows.

Key responsibilities

Patient care and treatments
