Job summary

Cornerstone Montgomery, Inc. in Maryland seeks a licensed therapist for outpatient mental health care. You will provide individual, group and family therapy, along with substance abuse counseling and assertive case management to help clients access and coordinate services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work required and Maryland licensure.
• Eligibility for LMSW/LCSW-C/LCPC/LGPC or equivalent in Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive therapy and substance abuse counseling for individuals and groups.
• Deliver assertive case management including assessment, planning, coordination and advocacy of services.
• Consult with other programs and liaise with outside agencies and families as needed.
