Easterseals Blake Foundation is a leading behavioral health and child welfare provider in Arizona. We seek a licensed or licensure-eligible therapist to conduct therapeutic sessions for children and adults using evidence-based approaches.

The role includes assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and documentation in compliance with funding requirements. The position emphasizes teamwork, ongoing professional development, and adherence to agency standards.

Formación

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related behavioral health field eligible for licensure by AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (BHP).
• Therapist II/III licensure levels obtained per AZBBHE requirements.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses the member’s behavioral health needs to develop therapy goals every 180 days at a minimum.
• Administers screener and standardized testing as needed.
• Schedules therapy sessions and obtains required consents for treatment.
• Maintains clinical records in a timely manner according to standards.
• Provides crisis assessment and intervention as needed, including emergency evaluation/hospitalization.
• Diagnoses using ICD-10; uses DC 0-5 for birth to five; DSM-5-TR for children and adults.
• Coordinates training, mentorship, and referrals; supports professional development.
• Completes progress notes and reports for funding sources and system partners.
