Job summary

Tuolumne Me-Wuk Indian Health Center in Sonora, CA is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Therapist to join the integrated primary care and behavioral health team. Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field with state licensure.
• Doctorate in Psychology with state licensure.
• Experience working with Native American population in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support primary care and educational providers in recognizing and managing mental health conditions.
• Provide evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments across all age groups.
• Identify at-risk patients, create preventative plans, and develop behavioral change strategies.
• Collaborate with Behavioral Health Director on community outreach and partnerships.
• Ensure documentation meets billing, certification, and regulatory standards and supports QA.
