Qualifications

• Two years of post-graduate mental health therapy experience in the last five years.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Maintains confidentiality and ethical practice.
• Ability to relate professionally with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic assessment and treatment in outpatient settings.
• Deliver psychotherapy services including counseling and family services.
• Screen and perform comprehensive mental health assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Document using an EHR and coordinate with the behavioral health team.
• Refer patients to other providers as needed.
• Travel may be required occasionally.
