Position Overview

We are seeking Licensed Social Workers (LSW) and Licensed Independent Social Workers (LISW) to provide psychotherapy, group therapy, and collaborative care management to residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy tailored to residents' needs.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and team members.
• Address mental health needs related to chronic severe mental illness, substance use, depression, and neurocognitive disorders.
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in an electronic medical records (EMR) system.

Qualifications

• Current LSW or LISW licensure in OH.
• Master’s Degree in Social Work preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations, including those with severe mental illness and neurocognitive disorders.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
