Job summary

Ctrlcare Behavioral Health is seeking qualified clinicians to conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. The role includes ongoing reassessment, therapy (individual, group, and family), crisis intervention, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You will document progress, manage transitions, and help clients prepare for life after rehab with aftercare planning and referrals where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Proficiency in one-on-one therapy approaches (e.g., CBT/DBT preferred).
• Ability to facilitate group sessions and manage group dynamics.
• Capability to conduct family sessions and educate relatives.
• Skill in handling crises with de‑escalation techniques.
• Strong collaboration with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and staff.
• Accurate documentation of progress notes, incidents, and compliance records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate mental health, addiction severity, trauma history, etc.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals based on client needs.
• Reassess and modify treatment plans throughout the stay.
• Offer one-on-one therapy tailored to each client.
• Facilitate daily or weekly group sessions on relapse prevention, emotional regulation, communication, grief and loss.
• Provide family sessions to address relational dynamics and education.
• Respond to crises using de-escalation techniques and coordinate with medical staff.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and attend regular progress meetings.
• Maintain detailed clinical records, progress notes, and incident reports.
• Assist with discharge and aftercare planning and referrals.
