You will conduct assessments, develop collaborative treatment plans, document care, and lead individual and group sessions. The role offers a full-time on-site position with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher is required or preferred.
• Fully licensed LCDC or higher in Texas is required.
• Adherence to Healthcare Code of Ethics is expected.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission Standards.
• Knowledge of State and Federal confidentiality regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments including ASAM forms and biopsychosocial evaluations.
• Identify treatment needs and integrate findings into collaborative, measurable plans.
• Document/update treatment plans and records adhering to program, regulatory and confidentiality standards.
• Maintain regular contact with referral sources and family with progress updates.
• Lead and facilitate individual and group sessions with a multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate resources and develop post-discharge plans addressing legal, financial and vocational needs.
• Apply clinical judgment in crisis situations including risk assessments and de-escalation.
• Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet diverse patient needs.
• Build rapport and foster trust with diverse populations.
