Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers in Waelder, TX is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (LPC or LCSW) to lead the clinical team, oversee services, and ensure regulatory compliance. This on-site role partners with the Clinical Director to promote evidence-based practices and compassionate care for individuals overcoming addiction and mental health challenges.

You will mentor therapists, review documentation in the EMR, manage a small caseload, and contribute to program development.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work or related human services field.
• Active LPC or LCSW in Texas.
• Knowledge of confidentiality regulations and Joint Commission standards.
• Adherence to Healthcare Code of Ethics.

Responsibilities

• Review and sign off on clinician documentation in the EMR to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide feedback and redirection to clinicians on documentation to support quality assurance.
• Provide individual and/or group supervision to primary therapists.
• Assist primary therapists with case management and clinical interventions as needed.
• Offer ongoing clinical guidance and mentorship to support therapist development.
• Observe therapeutic groups and provide feedback to enhance clinical effectiveness.
• Contribute to development and continuous improvement of clinical services and treatment models.
• Participate in staff training and development initiatives.
• Maintain a small caseload of clients with individual, group, or family therapy as needed.
• Ensure high standards of clinical care in direct service delivery.

Exciting Opportunity with Banyan Treatment Centers!

We're seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor (LPC or LCSW) to join our clinical team in Waelder, TX and help drive exceptional care. In this role, you will oversee clinical services, guide therapeutic practices, and ensure the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.

Your leadership will inspire and support Primary Therapists and clinical staff, fostering collaboration, program excellence, and life-changing outcomes for individuals overcoming addiction and mental health challenges.

Position Details

• Reports to: Clinical Director
• Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday 8 - 4:30
• Location: Waelder, TX (on-site)

Key Responsibilities

• Review and sign off on clinician documentation in the EMR to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Provide feedback and redirection to clinicians on documentation as needed to support quality assurance.
• Provide individual and/or group supervision to primary therapists.
• Assist primary therapists with case management and clinical interventions as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work or a related human services major.
• An active LPC or LCSW in the state of Texas.
• Adherence to the Healthcare Code of Ethics
• Familiarity with Joint Commission Standards.
• Knowledge of State and Federal confidentiality regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years of clinical experience in the field of substance-use-disorder or mental health treatment.
• 2 years of management experience.
