Rosecrance Aspen Clinic in Rockford, IL seeks a licensed behavioral health professional to provide continuity of program services in a safe, therapeutic environment. You will conduct individual, family, and group counseling and complete treatment plans within required time frames.

Must hold a Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or addiction studies and be licensed in Illinois as LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

Qualifications

Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, addiction studies, or related field.
Illinois license as LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT required.
Computer proficiency and experience documenting in electronic health records.
Ability to complete required documentation within established time frames.
Experience conducting individual, family, and group counseling.
Ability to work within a team and align with Rosecrance mission.

Responsibilities

Conduct individual, group, and family counseling and education sessions.
Complete psychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans on time.
Identify client needs and coordinate case management accordingly.
Educate clients and support networks on treatment and recovery steps.
Maintain documentation in client records in line with licensing and funding requirements.
Engage in team meetings and participate in clinical activities.

Position Purpose

Provide continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. Participate as a team member in the delivery of addictions and mental health treatment services to patients and their families and facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Addiction Studies or other related field.
Licensed in Illinois as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT
Computer proficiency required.
Ability to navigate and document in electronic healthcare records required.
Ability to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames
Skilled in conducting individual, family and group counseling
Ability to work within a team

Essential Responsibilities

Work hours prescribed by and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.
Conduct individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions for clients and/or family members.
Complete client psychosocial and individualized treatment plan within required time frame.
Identify client clinical and case management needs and work to address those needs.
Educate client and client support members regarding all aspects of treatment, corresponding health issues and steps to recovery.
Undertake primary case management responsibilities for designated clients.
Ensure that documentation in client service record is maintained consistent with expectations defined by licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements.
Maintain communications with all staff (e.g. admissions, case management and discharge plans).
Present workshops, lectures and training to clients, families, and staff and community groups.
Serve as a member of the team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the Code of Conduct and with the framework of the law.
Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
Serve as a member of the Clinical Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
Serve as a role model and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing the agency.
Assume other related responsibilities as delegated by management.
As assigned, performs CLIA-waved laboratory testing and related quality control activities in accordance with CLIA requirements, manufacturer instructions, infection control protocols, and organizational procedures.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Compensation & Rewards

Starting Pay (based on education, experience, and credentials)
LCPC: $73,805.60
LCSW: $74,305.50
