Rosecrance Health Network’s Aspen Clinic in Rockford, IL seeks dedicated clinicians to deliver evidence-based behavioral health services. The role focuses on individual, family and group counseling within a therapeutic environment that adheres to regulatory standards.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in a related field and licenses such as LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT. Strong documentation, teamwork and patient education are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Addiction Studies or related field.
• Licensed in Illinois as LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Ability to navigate and document in electronic healthcare records.
• Ability to complete required documentation within the time frames.
• Skilled in conducting individual, family and group counseling.
• Ability to work within a team.
• Belief in the mission and vision of Rosecrance.
• Work hours prescribed by and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.
• Conduct individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions for clients and/or family members.
• Complete client psychosocial and individualized treatment plan within required time frame.
• Identify client clinical and case management needs and work to address those needs.
• Educate client and client support members regarding all aspects of treatment, corresponding health issues and steps to recovery.
• Undertake primary case management responsibilities for designated clients.
• Ensure that documentation in client service record is maintained consistent with expectations defined by licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements.
• Maintain communications with all staff (e.g. admissions, case management and discharge plans).
• Present workshops, lectures and training to clients, families, and staff and community groups.
• Serve as a member of the team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
• Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the Code of Conduct and with the framework of the law.
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
• Serve as a member of the Clinical Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
• Serve as a role model and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing the agency.
• Assume other related responsibilities as delegated by management.
• As assigned, performs CLIA-waved laboratory testing and related quality control activities in accordance with CLIA requirements, manufacturer instructions, infection control protocols, and organizational procedures.

Compensation & Rewards

Starting Pay (based on education, experience, and credentials)

• LCPC: $73,805.60
• LCSW: $74,305.50
