Job description

Job Summary

CASES seeks a Therapist for the Assertive Community Engagement & Success (ACES) Team. The Therapist will provide trauma‑informed, community‑based clinical services to enrolled participants. ACES is a program serving young men ages 16‑24 residing in East Harlem or the South Bronx who may not have started but can strive to overcome threatening environments and system‑involvement to find the path to success. These young people will be engaged in high‑risk behaviors and voluntarily engage with the ACES program. We are looking for skilled team members who can envision a model based on the theory that young people regardless of roadblocks—violence, trauma, racism, gangs, incarceration, truancy, and unemployment—can engage in positive relationships to change behaviors and acquire life, education, and employment skills.
