Job summary

Pathway Family Services in Kansas is seeking a full‑time therapist to join our Residential Treatment Team, working with children and families in our residential programs. Masters level practitioners with Kansas BSRB licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering individual, family, and group therapy.

• Collaborate with families and community resources to support permanency and stability.
• Adapt schedules and treatments to meet client needs and program requirements.

Our full‑time therapists are masters level practitioners with Kansas BSRB licensure that allows for treatment of mental health disorders. An additional credential for addictions is preferred.

A Day in The Life as a therapist:

As a Therapist for Pathway Family Service, you will work directly with children and adolescents, and their families, in our residential treatment programs. Assisting them in learning skills to maintain stability and permanency in the home. We provide Individual, Family, and Group Therapy. Schedules are flexible, we adapt to meet the needs of specific clients.
