Job summary

COPE Community Services, Inc. is seeking an in-person Behavioral Health Therapist for our outpatient clinic in Arizona. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, coordinate cases, and provide counseling as part of a supportive treatment team.

The role includes clinical supervision and licensure support, licensure reimbursement, and a robust benefits package. Applicants must be pursuing licensure and meet safety and background requirements to join our community-focused

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
• Active involvement in licensure process at time of hire.
• Licensure expected within six months of hire.
