Job summary

COPE Community Services is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Professional for our in-person outpatient clinic in Green Valley, AZ. The role focuses on conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for clients in a nonprofit setting.

You will coordinate cases, provide counseling, and review clinical documents while also serving as a clinical consultant to the treatment team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (e.g., counseling, social work, or related discipline).
• Must be actively engaged in licensure process and licensed within six months of hire.

This is an in-person position at an outpatient clinic.

Starting Pay

• $48,960 annualized (for unlicensed Therapist)
• $55,080 annualized (Associate Level Therapist)
• $71,400 annualized (Independent Level Therapist)

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college in a behavioral health field.
• At time of hire, must be actively engaged in the process of becoming licensed in an appropriate discipline (counseling, marriage and family therapy or social work) by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. Must be licensed within six (6) months of hire.

Additional Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age (licensure and automobile insurance requirement) and possess a valid AZ driver’s license with a “clean” or “acceptable” driving record.
• Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
