Weare looking for a clinician who has strong case conceptualization skills; a track record of skilled delivery of individual, family, and group therapy; familiar with the working dynamic between program, client, family, and referring professional; competence in evidence-based treatment for adolescents; and display strong therapeutic, communication, and rapport-building skills.
