Role Overview:

As a PRN Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist, your focus will be on the 3Cs: Care, Community, and Compliance.

• Care: Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including a psychiatric physician, RN Director, and CNA to deliver high-quality care to Older Adult patients, including therapeutic services via group, individual, and family therapy in a geriatric outpatient setting.
• Community: Engage in community education efforts with local medical facilities and community groups about the importance of behavioral health for all, especially older adults.
• Compliance: Facilitate treatment team meetings, develop and update patient-centered treatment plans, and ensure timely, compliant documentation.

Requirements:

• Licensure in Social Work or Counseling recognized by the state (e.g., LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) – required
