Job summary

Aspiranet is hiring a Therapeutic Youth Counselor I (TYC I) for the Hope Forward Campus in Turlock, CA. You will support up to four youth in a new STRTP setting, implementing trauma-informed care and structured daily routines with supervision and collaboration from BH and Social Work teams.

Responsibilities include implementing activities, ensuring safety, and contributing to treatment plans while complying with licensing standards. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or permit required per role criteria.
• Relevant certifications or life experience may qualify.
• Experience with licensed residential settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to youth and supervise daily activities.
• Maintain a structured, trauma-informed therapeutic environment.
• Support therapy plans and crisis de-escalation as needed.
• Document progress and incidents in program records.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team for youth needs.
• Assist with medication administration as required.
