Job summary

Children's Behavioral Health Services, Inc is hiring full-time and part-time Therapeutic Staff Support Workers (TSS) to work one-on-one with children with special needs in their homes, schools, and community settings. A competitive hourly rate is offered and a strong support system is provided.

New hires undergo two weeks of training at a local facility and a week of field shadowing with experienced staff before placement with clients based on personality and needs.

TSS work one on one with our clients with special needs. TSS provide services tochildren intheir homes, their schools, and the community. Our clients’ treatment plans are based on the child’s strengths and areindividualized to their particular needs.Once hired,candidateswill undergo2 weeks of training, onein our local facility, and then a week of shadowing in the field with one of ourexperiencedstaff members. Aftercompletionof training TSS are matched withclients according topersonality, skill level, need, andlocation. We have a considerablesupportsystem of highly educatedstaff, ongoing trainings, andresource materials to aidTSS withtheirimplementationof their clients’ treatment plan.
