Job summary

Milestone Centers Inc., a nonprofit organization, seeks a Social Activity Coordinator in Wilkinsburg to empower individuals with behavioral health challenges and developmental disabilities. This is a full-time role based in-house with typical weekday hours.

In this position you will plan and co-facilitate group and individual activities with the Behavioral Health Therapist, support holistic well-being, and help participants engage with the local community, nutrition, and employment exploration.

Qualifications

• Two years of field experience in human services.
• Experience coordinating activities for individuals with diverse abilities and behavioral health needs.
• Act 33/34 and FBI clearances required; valid PA Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and co‑facilitate individual or group activities with Behavioral Health Therapist.
• Develop therapeutic programming within the facility and in the local community.
• Evaluate outcomes to meet identified objectives and support life skills development.
