Job summary

Milestone Centers Inc. is seeking a Scheduling Associate in Wilkinsburg to coordinate Direct Support Professionals across residential locations and ensure timely, compliant scheduling.

The role requires at least one year of scheduling in a residential setting, a high school diploma, and a valid PA/WV/OH driver’s license. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule and comprehensive benefits, including training and compliance support.

Qualifications

• One year of scheduling experience within a residential program.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Act 34 Clearance and FBI Clearance, as appropriate.
• Valid PA, WV or OH Driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of Direct Support Professionals across residential locations.
• Manage call-offs and ensure coverage for medication administration and transportation.
• Publish schedules according to calendar requirements and monitor overtime.
• Maintain accurate DSP lists by status, site and CLM; update DSP tags in scheduling system.
• Communicate with contracting staffing agencies and HR to keep staff records current.
• Assist in training and monitoring Relias LMS completion for DSPs.
