Job summary
Community Medical Centers is seeking an Assistant Manager of Therapeutic Services in Behavioral Health to support leadership and daily operations of the clinical therapy services program. The role provides clinical supervision to Behavioral Health Clinicians, program staff, and interns to ensure services meet regulatory and contractual requirements.
A Master’s in Social Work or MFT is required, with 3 years of healthcare experience and a CA BLS certification; LCSW/LMFT licensure in CA is
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Marriage Family Therapy (MFT) required.
- 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare required.
- 1 year supervisory experience in Human Services preferred.
- BLS - Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers required.
- LCSW or LMFT licensure in California required or preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to Behavioral Health Clinicians, program staff and interns.
- Support leadership and daily operations of the clinical therapy services program.
- Ensure services are delivered in compliance with regulations and contractual requirements.
