Job summary

Clackamas Education Service District seeks an Educational Assistant for a Therapeutic School in West Linn, OR. This full-time position supports instruction and student care at Bolton Primary School with an 8-hour day, 5 days per week during the instructional year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate technology for instruction and care.
• Ability to produce materials using office machines and computers.
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Assist classroom teacher with instruction and routines.
• Collect and record data on student performance.
• Support behavioral management and de-escalation as directed.
• Assist with daily routines including arrival, dismissal, and transitions.
• Prepare instructional materials and maintain a safe classroom environment.
