LifeStream Behavioral Center, Inc. is seeking a Residential Specialist for Our Turning Point Ranch, a level II group home for girls ages 11-17. You will work directly with participants and staff to maintain the home and ensure therapy and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include advocacy, maintaining logs, coordinating with the multidisciplinary team, and assisting with life skills groups. A high school diploma and driving experience are required, with a minimum of one year in a

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of work experience in a residential program or human services-related field.
• Equivalent training and experience considered.

Responsabilidades

• Advocates in the client’s best interest.
• Maintains sign-in/out logs for visitors and monitors traffic in/out of the house.
• Assist management in supervising and administering daily operations of the Ranch.
• Coordinate with other staff to ensure health, safety and security measures.
• Assist staff as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure appropriate levels of treatment.
• Facilitate life skills groups when assigned.
• Help participants reintegrate into the community with employment and housing opportunities.
