Job summary

LifeStream Behavioral Center, Inc. is seeking a Residential Specialist for Our Turning Point Ranch, a level II group home for girls ages 11-17. You will work directly with participants and staff to maintain the home and ensure therapy and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include advocacy, maintaining logs, coordinating with the multidisciplinary team, and assisting with life skills groups. A high school diploma and driving experience are required, with a minimum of one year in a

• Coordinate with other staff to ensure health, safety and security measures.
• Assist staff as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure appropriate levels of treatment.
• Facilitate life skills groups when assigned.
• Help participants reintegrate into the community with employment and housing opportunities.

Job description

Job Purpose:- Our Turning Point Ranch is a level II therapeutic group home for girls ages 11-17 who exhibit distinct emotional and behavioral challenges that can best be addressed in a group home setting. The Residential Specialist works cooperatively to assist female adolescents in need of specialized therapeutic group services. The Residential Specialist will work directly with participants and other staff daily to maintain the house and ensure program standards are being met. The Resident Specialist is responsible for always maintaining integrity. All duties will be performed in a courteous manner, allowing participants and staff to maintain a healthy sense of self-worth while maintaining a safe environment.
