New Hope WV1 Inc. in Grandview, WV is seeking a Residential Counselor to supervise and support children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting. You will monitor safety, assist with daily activities, and help implement treatment plans under supervision.

The role requires a High School Diploma, being at least 21, and passing background and drug screening. Prior experience with children is preferred. Evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours may be required.

Qualificações

• Experience with working with children is preferred but not required.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and manage residents in a therapeutic residential milieu.
• Provide therapeutic supervision during treatment activities.
• Maintain safety and document daily resident behavior and interventions.
• Participate in a multidisciplinary treatment team and attend required meetings.
