Qualifications

• High School degree required.
• First Aid certification preferred.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 6 months.
• Training in Experiential education within first 6 months of employment.
• Training for Level I facilitator within first 18 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, facilitate, and supervise therapeutic recreation groups for all ages.
• Facilitate team-building and experiential activities on Adventure Course, evenings/weekends as scheduled.
• Conduct patient assessments to tailor group initiatives to patient needs.
• Maintain equipment, safety gear, and grounds for Recreation Department and Adventure Course.
