Job summary

Apple Rehab is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Therapeutic Recreation Director. This is a 40 hours/week hourly position focused on planning and executing therapeutic recreational services tailored to each resident's needs.

The ideal candidate will exhibit attention to detail, leadership skills, and a positive attitude towards residents. Responsibilities include developing programs, ensuring observance of residents' rights, and fostering community involvement.

Qualifications

• Must meet requirements of Therapeutic Recreation Director as per Public Health Code.
• At least one year experience in rehabilitative or geriatric setting.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Plans and executes therapeutic recreational services for residents.
• Develops programs considering residents' physical and emotional limitations.
• Ensures observance of residents' rights and addresses grievances.
