Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and implement activities within the program to support goals.
• Lead activity sessions to improve patients' mental and physical well‑being.
• Instruct patients in activities such as sports, dance, music, art, or relaxation techniques.
• Develop plans and interventions to meet patient needs and promote safety and leisure independence.
• Supervise activity staff when applicable and ensure high quality service.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward patients and families.
