Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living skills and needs.
• Transport and accompany residents to activities.
• Complete daily and monthly documentation.
• Observe changes and report to charge nurse.
• Perform light housekeeping in living areas.
• Apply safety and infection control measures.
• Assist with admission, discharge and transfer of residents.
