Qualifications

• Licenses and Credentials: Lifeguarding [ARC] - American Red Cross required.
• Experience: Experience as a lifeguard, preferably in a healthcare or therapeutic setting. 1-2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Continuously observe pool activities to ensure the safety of all participants.
• Enforce all safety regulations and policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid and CPR as needed.
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during emergency situations.
• Assist in the upkeep of the pool area, including monitoring water quality and cleanliness.
• Ensure that all safety equipment is in proper working order.
