Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure the safety of individuals in the aquatic therapy pool and related facilities. You will monitor pool activities, enforce safety rules, and provide emergency response as needed.

The role requires a Lifeguarding ARC certification, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and 1–2 years of lifeguard experience preferred in healthcare or therapeutic settings. Strong communication and swimming skills are essential.

Formación

• Lifeguarding certification required (ARC)
• Experience in healthcare or therapeutic settings preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; experience may substitute for education

Responsabilidades

• Continuously observe pool activities to ensure participant safety.
• Enforce safety regulations and policies to prevent accidents.
• Respond to emergencies with first aid and CPR; maintain calm and control.
• Maintain a clean, safe pool area and ensure equipment is in working order.
