Job summary

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is seeking a Lifeguard for The Works Fitness Center. You will monitor pool activities, enforce safety rules, and respond to emergencies to protect members and guests.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of Lifeguard/Swim Instructor experience, plus CPR/AED and Lifeguarding certifications. Per Diem, onsite location, with a daytime shift and hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1–2 years Lifeguard or Swim Instructor experience preferred.
• Certifications: CPR/AED, Lifeguarding, Basic Swim Instructor.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
