Job summary

MPOWER Physical Therapy in Franklin, TN is seeking a part-time Personal Trainer to support a multidisciplinary team. You will coordinate client wellness programs alongside physicians, therapists, and trainers, delivering targeted sessions and ensuring client progress.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, CPR certification, and at least one year of one-on-one training experience; certification through NSCA, NASM, or ACSM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum one year of one-on-one training experience and experience working with a therapeutic population preferred.
• Participate in professional development activities and maintain professional affiliations.
• Excellent knowledge of exercise physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, and anatomy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client health and wellness programs with physicians, surgeons, physical therapists and trainers.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 training sessions per week and a flexible work schedule.
• Track client progress and ensure sessions are paid and checked out.
• Keep a neat, professional appearance and maintain the facility to a high standard.
