Job summary

Fitness Together Franchise, LLC is seeking a certified Personal Trainer to deliver one-on-one programs in our studio. You will design and educate clients on personalized fitness plans, while maintaining a welcoming environment and professional demeanor.

You will motivate clients, collaborate with teammates, and continuously grow your skills to provide top-tier service. A bachelor’s degree in a related field plus NASM/ACSM and CPR/First Aid are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Kinesiology or related field preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma required.
• National Certification (NASM or ACSM) required.
• CPR/AED and First Aid Certification.
• One year of personal training and program design experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to collaborate and thrive in a team environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly to each client’s individual needs.
• Emotional stamina to be at your best with each client.
• Ability to motivate and coach clients to ensure ongoing commitment.
