MPOWER Physical Therapy in Franklin, TN seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic team. You will evaluate and treat active orthopedic patients, develop individualized plans, and educate patients to support recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral level degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university required.
• Active Physical Therapy license in Tennessee.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a physician office or orthopedic setting.
• Extensive training in orthopedic care and manual therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Supervise and collaborate with Therapy Technicians.
• Communicate with physicians regarding patient care.
