Job summary

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, therapeutic relationships with students while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Support classroom instruction, student supervision, behavior interventions, and implementation of IEP accommodations and modifications under teacher direction.
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, counselors, administrators, related service providers, school districts, parents/guardians, and other multidisciplinary team members.
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with FERPA and school policies.
