Job summary

Verdure Somatic Studio in Ballwin, MO is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to provide precise, therapeutic massage within an all-inclusive pricing model. This part-time contractor role includes 50% commission on massage services, with additional paid opportunities for practice sessions and events as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri massage therapy license in good standing.
• Professional liability insurance in place before first client session.
• Developing or established area of focus with ability to articulate it clearly.
• Comfort in a group setting; yoga, breathwork, or group facilitation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic massage grounded in your area of expertise.
• Maintain accurate, timely session documentation in Jane, our booking and charting platform.
• Prepare treatment rooms to meet ambiance, supply, and sanitation standards.
• Conduct post-treatment follow-up to support rebooking and ongoing care.
• Collaborate with the owner and other practitioners to support Verdure culture.
